Hey /fit/, I just started working out a couple weeks ago when I turned 20 and I have one issue. I don't know when to stop. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or something (I just copy workouts from online so I doubt it), but after a few sets I ready to go again within the hour.
I'm also a NEET atm so I end up just working out all day almost constantly. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I thought maybe the sets I'm doing are too weak for myself and I should up it, but if I increase the weight I can't do them at all.
Any advice for a newbie?

it might feel like you haven't worked out at all later on in the day. the fatigue will have worn off which is normal, but you shouldn't actually physically be able to workout the same muscle groups twice a day. if you can, you are training with too little intensity
as long as you are progressively overloading, you have nothing to worry about
if humans were left totally crippled by intense exercise, we would have died off long ago
