My strict press is 70kg beltless.
My push press is 80kg belted, closed to 75-77 unbelted.
My OHP is intermediate, but my push press is novice according to strength standards.
How do I push press properly? How do I be more explosive?

Push press is worthless and is basically just a cheaters OHP. Focus on ohp.
