Tired of being fat. How do i stop feeling so hungry at night? I have basic breakfast lunch and dinner then I wake up and eat a lot. Should I eat only eggs or something for dinner? Thanks!

You've conditioned your body to eat too much food so when you cut back you're gonna feel a bit hungry. Just don't break during the adjustment period and the cravings will eb.

What's our definition of a basic meal. Usually fatties have a screwed conception of what is healthy/ a reasonable portion. This is why people don't understand how they're fat when they eat "pretty healthy stuff".

Well you might think that, but for all we know he might consider 2 packs of pop tarts and a glass of chocolate milk a "basic" breakfast. Fat people don't get fat because they know how to eat properly. They get fat because they usually don't understand nutrition or how much food their body needs.

I also have this problem. I find it easier to go hungry during the evening and then cook dinner really late (9/10pm), that way I'm not hungry late at night, which is the worst time to be hungry.

drink more water. make sure you drink at least like half a liter before eating anything. it will make your stomach feel fuller so you eat less.

Shit really isn't complicated. You should never be hungry but don't eat like a fat fuck. Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. Lean meats, vegetables, fruits and some oats. Eat until you're not hungry it takes about 10 mins to not feel hungry anymore so eat a little. Never eat until you're full. Have some cottage cheese before bed bro. Also do some cardio. If you're galacto fat swim or ride a bike. Run on grass or dirt it will absorb the shock of your massive body. HIIT will work wonders frind. I lost 120 lbs in 9 monts and never counted a calorie.
