Is chewing-and-spitting an effective method of combatting binge-eating? I've always had issues cutting due to binging. Just wondering if this would help

I tend to binge when I get high and I've tried this to see if I can get a best of both worlds experience. It's not as satisfying as eating and you will absorb some calories (especially if you chew foods high in processed sugar) but it'll be a small fraction of what you'd get from actually eating it. Most calories you absorb are just from swallowing saliva that has started to breakdown the food your chewing.

I have episode where I binge but I started tracking my calories autistic style with my fitness pal so if a binge does happen I make sure my weekly total gets back to zero I will donate calories from up coming days and put future days cardio on the red day until it turns green while mantaining my current day just my method though. I get scared when I think of binging because of the pain I will feel the next day improve da time preference.
