This. I've had fast metabolism my whole life, but after sticking to and tracking a 3500 calorie diet a day I finally gained some weight. I am now up to 148lbs at 5'8". That said, if I don't eat this for even a couple days I lose a couple pounds very easily.

Up until the age of 25, I could eat anything and everything I wanted, and everyone told me I looked "too skinny". After age 25 my metabolism changed and I started slowly gaining weight. It's not a meme, it's a Real Thing.

I was extremely skinny all my childhood.
I can get huuuuge in no time with excersise, protein shakes and a good ammount of feels. But I also lose gains incredibly fast. Someone post the image of the guy who eats his shit to not lose gains, I literally shit out half of what I eat or even more.

My dad is also naturally skinny, but he's 61 and has a beer gut.

I knew a guy who was 40-50 at the time. He ate inhuman amounts of food, like 3-4 full meals a day (and I mean the kind of meal normal people eat once a day), with in-between "snacks" (the snacks being things like 30cm long sandwiches stuffed with cheese, salami, all kinds of fatty spreads, eggs).

He was somewhat physically active, like running 2 times a week, or playing the occasional game of football, but nothing to justify that kind of calorie intake.

Always skinny as fuck.
