I fucking love leg day. The legs are the strongest muscles in the body, so you can do a bunch of weight. There is no better feeling than squatting lmao4pl8 and seeing the DYELs watch you in awe. Plus the soreness after leg day from just moving makes you feel like you accomplished something.

Nothing a good foam roller cant fix really. I love SL Deadlifts and all that fun stuff. Squats, not so much. My kneecap hurts at random times.
