Yes. Just add accessories and practice good eating habits.
It's good for strength. If you want aesthetics do a bodysplit that works each muscle 2 times a week minimum and still gain strenght (maybe at a lower speed than with SS) in your main lifts by doing them in the beggining of each workout, 3x5 is a good idea for your mains. The rest, do bodybuilding stuff. And don't stress about it, if you're a beginner you WILL make gains if you eat right, on any bodybuilding routine.

The meme is if you do SS for 12 months. Do SL instead for 2-3 months and then switch to a bodybuilding routine like PPL.

If you cba to buy the book just do SL but with 3x5.
Do this till you stall then do whatever the fuck you want.
Why: Faster than BB splits or PPL, as you can add weight to the bar every session, providing you have good nutrition and rest.
