Does anyone here workout while sick? I don't because I'm a pussy, but my friend recommended it, to "push yourself to the limit."

I should clarify, I don't mean vomiting sick, but rather cold/flu sick.
it's not recommendable. while you're working out, your defenses become weaker. normally, a cold only attacks the lungs and respiratory apparatus and gets contained there. when your defenses are lowered, it is possible that the infection reaches vital organs or other parts of your body, like the brain.

Depends. If I'm coughing anything up or feel nauseous I stay home. If it's in my head and I just don't feel 100% I go anyway.
Basically if it feels like anything spreadable I keep it to myself because I'm not a piece of shit.

What other people are saying about not going to the gym is right. Dont get other people sick bro. Go for a run or do calisthenics though and try to "sweat it out" it actually works
Okay thanks for the advice bros. I also definitely agree about the not wanting to get other people sick part... just a few months ago I got hand-foot-and-mouth disease from some fuck at the gym.
