Eating healthy =/= eating less. My gf asked if I wanted her to lose weight, and I said yes, and she asked me to help her, since I am very knowledgeable in weight loss (To the normie levels), since I know this one simple trick - Calories in < Calories out. So I found out how many calories she should consume considering her TDEE, and am simply helping her count her calories.

Besides that, she goes with me to the gym a few days a week. But in the end, if she can't control her eating, she won't lose weight.
