Hey /fit/, absolute beginner spooky skeleton here.
If I do pic related daily, each one of the exercises until I get to my limit and cannot go on, while eating good, will I grow muscle or just get healthier?
Don't get me wrong health is nice, but I want the aesthetics.
Also is this considered a full body routine or did I miss something? Bodyweight only, no equipment.

I'm new, this is not bait. Like, I never ever exercised in my life, ever, and I'm not going to start with lifting weights or going to a gym. Just want to know if the routine in my OP is good for getting in shape and if it can have any results other than just feeling better.

Ok, your main problem is the lack of programming.
Working until failure every workout will leave you exhausted after a week (taking your daily life into consideration).
So, make/find yourself a program and you're good to go.

You will get results if all you did in life is stand up from a chair. If you are going to do this, quantify what you do meaning set some initial set x reps, rest period... For example 3x10 pushups 60sec, 3x15 squats 60sec... next session 3x11 pushups... 2months later 5x15 pushups...
Progress every time you workout and do everything every time.
