I used to be into this sort of stuff, then I delved into the occult from there, and basically it all comes down to various ways to manipulate (or un manipulate) your (or others') psychology. This is something religions, cults, advertisers, entertainers, and others base their existence on.
I know it sounds obvious, but most people don't realize how deep the rabbit hole of the human psyche goes, so to say.

I got into psychology, sociology and general human behaviour when I was 13, now in my last year of my masters for psychology. I can decontruct every relation, thought and person and I can manipulate most people. But I hate that I dont do this, I hate that I aswell am human, I hate the fact those same people could manipulate me while I know they are and it would work. I always wanted to figure oit how people work, just to realize I'm just as human as everyone else. I dislike people as much as I like them now. After studying the human psyche for so long I think everything is a meme, nobody is unique. People's ways of thinking is flawed and everyone is hypocritical and in denial.
Yesterday I was chatting up this qt and I knew what kind of person she was. She would go talk to another guy to make me jealous and I knew she would do this at one point, I've met tons of girls like her, and I was prepared for this. I should've just ignored it, yet I got insanely jealous. I knew she didn't talk to the guy to get to know him, ahe just did it to create tension between us. Yet I could not help fucking hating the lad while he was actually the one getting used.
Endblog and to not derail thia thread. Yeah I think there is some truth in the laws of attraction. But I know that things are never black and white and that these laws are situational and different for most people.
