the fit people you see doing crossfit didn't get fit doing crossfit. the reason they don't snap their shit up on the reg is because they already had strong cores/fundamental techniques before crossfit. the only people i see in my clinic w/crossfit injuries are weekend warriors in their thirties who have been lifting for less than a year.
