How much will my lifts go down if I cut?

DL: 295
Squat: 230
Bench: 205

Weigh 200 lbs, now want to be 180 lbs.

Probably about 25% bodyfat right now.

Before lifting I was 175 lbs, I just did a dirty bulk and became a fatty. When I started I couldn't bench 95 lbs.

I've been cutting for a month now and honestly I haven't seen a loss of strength so much as a loss of endurance. I recover much more slowly between sets, so I wind up lowering the weight more quickly than normal.

Like this morning, I was able to hit my normal reps for the first set of OHP with 45 lb dumbbells, but could only do to reps after resting for three minutes in the second set, so I had to lighten the load right away.

You shouldn't lose very much strength at all. Keep intensity high and reduce volume while cutting. As long as you sleep well and get adequate protein, your numbers won't plummet. You will, however, feel like shit while lifting on some days. Other days won't be as bad but you won't feel like you can power through your sets. Here's my routine while cutting:

Mon
Press 1x5 or 2x3
Incline DB Bench 2x8
Chin ups 3xF

Tue
Squat 1x5 or 2x3
Power Cleans 3x3
Chin ups 3xF

Thu
Bench 1x5 or 2x3
CG Bench 2x8
Chin ups 3xF

Fri
Deadlift 1x5 or 3x1
Shrugs 3x12
Chin ups 3xF

If you're feeling tired, cut out the assistance work but keep the chin ups.

hardly anything if you lose at most 0.7% of your current weight per week but it will obviously take very much longer than if you did a dirty cut.

so if you are 100 kg, losing 0.7% of it would be 100 x 0.007 = 0.7 kg/week
