Why do people say not to have blended Uncooked oats in a protein shake post workout?
We use the same protein shake.
I drink a pre-workout that has carbs which is enough for the spike.
I work out at 9 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. depends on my work schedule.

Sriracha is the best, works with anything.
I make a big shake with some dairy like milk and quark, some carbs like oats and banans and some whey for extra protein. Sometimes also I add nuts and/or flax seeds
Dump it all in the blender and chug
