Check out Athlean X on youtube. Buy or torrent Bigger, Leaner, Stronger. As far as routine try this: Shoulder day for example, look up four or five shoulder lifts that look interesting. Find a weight where you fail between 6-10 reps and do 3-5 sets of each exercise. Always research proper form for lifts.

Was 120 at 6'2
Now I'm 190 at 6'3 with like 1 1/2 years of serious lifting but 3 years pretty consistently.

Mostly diet is gana get you bigger. Pretty sure for the last 2 years 4 out of every 5 meals has been brown rice and chicken just because its cheap and I can eat (or choke down) thousands of calories worth of it and not break the bank.

Week 6 into SL. Healthy eating, also cardio once or twice a week. Not counting calories. First 4 weeks I went from 152 to 142. (which is fucked up since I'm lifting).. So tried to eat more, I think I'm at 144-146 again. 5'10. I think I've made some overall noob gains despite being on a 'cut'.

Can anyone guess my bf%? Also I need advice on where to go with my diet... I want to bulk but I'm honestly a bit too poor + I don't want to gain too much unnecessary fat.

if you get more advanced it's doable with perfect nutrition and 8+ hours sleep a night but even then I'd go for something like PHAT instead
as a novice your best bet is probably ICF, GSLP or Reg Park's Beginners 5x5

Mostly because I seem to have problems with my shoulders. For whatever reason, I tend to feel pain when sometimes performing OHP, other times my shoulders creating snapping sounds (and I've had people check my form). For what it's worth, I've made a lot of progress with dumbbell press (now at 14kg dumbbell).

You're only anabolic for about 48 hours after a workout. Beginners don't need a huge amount of volume to trigger growth and generally need a lot of chances to learn to not suck at the movements, so doing a reasonable amount more often tends to trump doing a lot once a week.
