Quick question. I'm a beginner, i lifted 90kg (200lb) deadlift 1x5 on my first day. I did all 5 with good form, but it was very hard.
Do you think i should try upping the weight today or dropping half a plate and working my way up.

Add only 5lb (2.5lb per side)
Such a small difference should not be particularly noticeable, and if you recover properly between training sessions, your strength should increase

Thanks mang, I'll do this

She bends down and picks up the bar.

Holy shit what did you start at? What are you at now? Don't lie ANON
>>40303690
By lying about it on the internet.
>>40303690
1x5? It's entirely possible.

By being physically active as a child/teenager.
I deadlifted 300 the first session I did deadlifts and my girlfriend did 200, it was a sloppy stiff leg deadlift, could have done more if I knew proper technique.
Your starting point means nothing though because everyone will get past those numbers quickly anyway.

>good form
video or coach verification are the only ways you're going to know. I couldn't even feel half my fucking body when I began lifting, I'm willing to bet the rent money that you had some ugly catback and might've even slammed the weight down.
What do you value more, the non-paralysis of your legs or e-stating on a chinese gay appreciation society image website?

He didn't.

I did one month of ss about 3 years ago, a pt checked my form. Let my self go and didn't go back.
Been in a rowing club for 2 years.
This winter I've been playing 5v5 football on a Tuesday, circuts on a Thursday.
Insanity max 30 every morning for a month.
Went to gym on Monday and lifted 90kg. Lifted 92.5 today.
It's not hard to understand. I'm not the fat novice that would usually be starting this. I'm 5'11" 71kg lean with some muscles to speak of

I just have little knowledge and wanted to ask a question

>insanity max 30 every morning
this was when I could tell you were lying, i'll give you a 7/10, just this once ;)

Why?

Faggot

Why is that the unbelievable thing? It's only 30 minutes of cardio. Seems like a pretty good warm up before lifting weights.
