Already squatted over 5pl8 on Bulgarian method, looking for some programming ideas to build a bigger base before running that again.
How would you do this, /fit/?

by squatting 5pl8 you are stronger than 99.9% of /fit/ posters, and probably 100% of /fit/ posters outside of plg and should go ask that question there
that being said you could run Sheiko to build a volume base and get bigger, then run Bulgarian to get efficient at 1rms and get an even bigger squat

Nice work, OP. I hit 550 this bulking season and I deloaded due to joint issues and overall fatigue. Probably gonna run some bodybuilding shit for the summer and get back on the strength horse next fall.

Don't really have any bench or deadlift goals. I just want a 600 squat and to be really big as a natty.
Besides, my arms are long enough that if My squat goes up and I keep up with mobility my deadlift will always go up. And getting more jacked has been the only thing that ever brings my bench up.
