You lose weight if u spend more energy than you eat. So theoretically yes, you could lose weight. You can lose weight doing anything. Just eat less than your body needs.

You gain muscle if you progresivelly expose your body to heavy ass work.
Running around, jumping jacks, and pushups are not heavy workouts.
