I got 26kg on the benchpress however couldn't even squat the bar properly let alone when i tried 8kg and got that inching lower back stress pain. I tried bracin my core, i tried leaning a bit forward pointing nipples and looking at the ground(like ripp says) tried pushing it with my hips.
I couldn't deadlift 10kg properly either, stiff legs, chest up but still failed miserably(got to the end of the moviment with some back stress) and felt it wasn't right.
Yes i'm stretching my hamstrings / lower back daily even between sets.
This is the 3rd week i'm trying to learn how to squat/dl
Should i just quit these routines and leave it for the cool guys on /fit/? Stick to a brosplit and maybe hope for some gains over the years/juice? I don't know what the fuck should i do. I live in a small rural town in brazil and people here doesn't even know what a squat is let alone SS

just be flexible, do some dynamic stretching before you start.

Yeah i did some airsquats with a bamboo barbell and it didnt round HOWEVER i did had some lordosis while doing it. When i braced my core my back was more straight but i couldt complete it
