I just quit chewing tobacco 2 weeks ago and I'm trying to curb my appetite. What's your trick?

I'm not a redneck, so I don't have any first hand experience, but nicotine from tobacco actually makes your body physically addicted. Unless you have a will of steel, you won't last very long if you were chewing/smoking all day. Nicotine supplements are a pretty easy way to transition in a way that at least doesn't fuck up your lungs. Just giving in to your appetite is an option too, which is why I suggested bulking. Can you read?

There are no studies that says they work better for the long term, versus quitting cold turkey. Simply that they alleviate nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
