STOP AND TELL ME !!!!
WHAT IS YOUR END GAME ?
WILL YOU CONTINUE LIFTING IN YOUR 30'S 40'S 50'S ?
>>40271483
Sure, why not.
>>40271483
I want to look like Chris Evans a la Captain America, then just maintain indefinitely.
>>40271483
>keeps you looking and feeling good
>contributes to healthy testosterone levels
Of course I will, especially at those ages.
>>40271503
Can I sak you something ?
When you achived your dream body and keeping doing your current program would you protect the body ? or would your body adjust and you need the increase the set numbers ?
>>40271483
What else would I do?
>>40271483
My life goal is to be able to deadlift a car
>>40271524
What? Are you asking if you lose gains by lifting at maintenance? No.
>>40271483
>WILL YOU CONTINUE LIFTING IN YOUR 30'S
That's where I started.
I want to get as strong and as fast as I can at a lean ~88kg. 26 now.
I dont rule out the idea of juice but as i get older i'll suspect i'll lift less heavy, more volume and more emphasis on cardio. Bout it rly
>>40271483
>strength is the main thing standing between healthy, active old age ending in a relatively quick and uncomplicated death through accute illness or injury and a long, slow spiral into physical frailty to the point of complete helplessnes, diabetes and a whole list of painful and debilitating chronic conditions, and being a vegetable on life support for years while bankrupting your family.
Nah I'm gonna stop lifting at age 30 and eat nothing but twinkies till my heart explodes.
>>40271483
Lol duh. There's no getting off this train.
>>40271483
I'm going for master Roshi mode
>>40271534
should be easy because automated cars will have lax safety features and be lighter
>>40271483
probably lighten up in 30s because blacksmith & farmer. don't want to spend the energy on lifting when i'll likely need it for daily tasks
>>40271483
The moment I stop is the moment I die. Upon witness my grandparents.
>>40271565
Hello friend.
>>40271483
>turn 50 next week
