It would burn fat and make your penis more noticeable, but it wouldn't actually change the size. It was always that size, just hidden in fat.

I've recently started working out seriously and noticed it's a bit more chub when flaccid, im 24 and not fat either, couldn't find any conclusive evidence to support the theory, in my experience I would agree though

I too have been wondering about this of late. I'm a lot fatter now than I was 3 years ago and though I am currently working to lose the weight (about 50 lb left), my libido is still not what it was. I think part of that is just because my body is aromatizing testosterone to estrogen due to increased adipose tissue and higher insulin levels. But also I just think blood flow is impaired by all the fat.

I do notice slightly firmer erections after doing some sort of cardio workout (though I never get spontaneous erections and haven't since puberty, probably because I fap two to three times a day on average).

I started running every morning and I definitely get notably rock hard erections now. It's incredible motivation.
