Used to take shitton of stuff but then I read that you can get lobster from it so now i eat the same shitton but once a week. Dropped omega because dunno something didn't feel right at a time but now i feel that i'm not able to think as sharp as I did when i was taking it. Generally just fish oil.

I used to take Vit D but I walk to work now so I should be good.

Occasionally brotein powder if my diet is a bit lacking but it's pretty rare.
