I hate barbell rows /fit/. Progress is very slow and I'm not sure my form is perfect. Is doing weighted chins/pullups enough for the back or do I have to some sort of row? My routine is 3 days a week sort of a full body workout, resembles SS but with accessories.

Just do dumbell rows. You can load a ton of weight on DB rows and I'm not convinced it has a negative impact on strength compared to barbell

Your pendlay row strength should be more or less be equal to bench strength. Are yours far below the bench?

I really like chest supported rows.
Takes out potential to cheat on form while still activating the major muscle groups that you are trying to engage with rows.
