Hit arms 3 times a week. with 4 sets for each muscle per workout. If you do bench for 4 sets then that counts as four sets, but you should add at least 2 isolation exercises.
Start the session with more strength oriented lifts and finish with isolations and higher reps.
Sleep enough, eat enough both kcals and protein.
