At my gym there is 2 barbells. One in squat rack, one on bench.

In the squat rack it's at the back, idk how to get it to the floor (it feels heavy as fuck)

If you can not move the empty bar, i suggest not moving the empty bar, and starting out with some dumbbell exercises until you have adequate strength to lug an empty bar around.
