Its hard to get a referral from a gp for a physiotherapist, pretty sure private ones cost a shit ton and are booked up months in advance.

It'd be better than what is essentially massage therapist sure, maybe I'll try and get a referral instead of ibuprofen from a gp

Thing is I'm currently a NEET and if I ask the gp for a referral they will laugh in my face then tell me to fuck off.

Considering its not even a work related injury they probably won't refer me, I'm still young as well I'll see all the other poor fucks that have worked their entire lives barely able to stand in the waiting room.

I lucked out and found one who specialized in sport injuries. We was great and fixed my rib-out. Gave me tips on exercises for the back which I didn't know I was lacking. This guy wasn't bitch-made either, told me to go ahead and get back to the gym that same day. Others I've talked to would say to rest and take it easy.
