How often do you lift and what leg exercises do you do?
Do lowbar squats and deadlifts if you don't already.
and hip thrusts, or glute ham raises i always mix them up, which ever one you do on a bench.

Mostly just dumbbell squats for legs. I haven't been lifting too long (I've been doing it on and off for years but never enough to make progress, now is my longest period of doing it) so I haven't seen a ton of difference yet. Resources online are of course only dedicated to women so I get shit like "try this cream it'll work" (it won't) which isn't very useful and not much info on if squatting helps or not. I'll try lowbar squats; do those target hamstrings?

Yeah, lowbar engages hams and glutes more than highbar does, which is more quad dominant.

Yeah I think that for this chart it was talking about the fact that a deadlift doesn't actively engage the abdominals, instead the lifter does for addition support/balance.
