I regularly volunteer at a local foundation that centers on supporting kids with mild to severe autism, we even have an online group discussion board where we get to interact with more kids with autism and give help and guidance to each other.. I-I mean to them.

I focus on self-improvement of the body and mind, not by mindless or idiotic activities such as Yoga, Pilates or Barr3 but by proper application of conventional kind of resistance training. I also give practical advise and consultancy to greenhorns or unitiated who are in the same field of interest. Mind you, what I teach them is based on research, studies, partnership with top coaches and experience.
