I'm like huge in case you haven't noticed
Should I lose more weight before going to the gym and building muscle? Like in my currently state, would I just build muscle under a lot of fat and just look bad?
I've never been to a gym but I've lost 40 pounds in a year. I think I've started to plateau though, because all I did was not be as careless with food and drinks.
