I think I might have almost snapped my shit. Just got back from the chiropractor. I started with the Greyskull LP last month and I really enjoyed it, but it seems as though I might have compressed my spine. It really started to ache last week and it didn't improve. I have an old injury that might be aggravated by squats and deadlifts, so I'm supposed to avoid them for the foreseeable future.
I can still do things like OHP and bench, but nothing that strains the lower back. I'm really irritated to run into this shit right off the bat. Anyone have any advice? Can I cut the squats and just do body weight stuff instead? Help
