Stop wearing skinny jeans.
Try a straight fit or slim straight. They'll probably fit you now like skinny jeans used to fit you.
Or, get a looser pair a jeans and have them tailored.
You can also try those "flex fit" jeans. They should adjust to the contours of your legs.

skinny jeans fit better when you have huge legs and ass because the fabric can actually stretch, allowing you to move freely without needing jeans baggy enough to make sir mixalot cringe.

The problem is finding size large skinny/stretch jeans that still have a good taper for your calves and ankles especially since I hate my thighs stretching jeans tight up top but the calf part being super baggy to where it looks like I am almost wearing bellbottoms
