I've lost 23lbs in the last month and it doesn't seem to be slowing.
23lbs in a month is a huge amount.
how many calories are you eating daily ?
Surely some of that has to be water weight.

A decent amount was likely water weight, I'm 242 @ 6'4" right now. I've been consistently losing just shy of a pound daily.
I've been doing 1200 calories a day, with 2400 calorie refeed days when I start feeling like shit. (Every 4th day in average so far)
Week 1: cut caffeine
Week 2: cut sugar
Week 3: no fast food, start 8/16 intermittent fasting
Week 4: start keto
Nothing else to truly cut out at this point to make it faster. I'm not trying to preserve muscle so the cut is fine.

Caffeine leads me to bad places, and honestly it made me feel like shit when I wasn't buzzing. I don't miss it.
