lifting is not the only way to burn calories. lift 3 times a week but walk/run/jog every day
1 hour jogging in place(you don't even need to leave you house) is around 500 calories for an average guy
you burn 1700 cals by doing nothing(my estimate based on your pic and height)
add 1 hour of moving that's 2200
and 2600 on lift days(yes you have to move 1 hour even on lift days)
eat 1700 on non lift days
eat 2100 on lift days
if you want to eat more you add more minutes to your exercise(10 minutes of jo 90 cals 10 minutes of lifting 60 cals)
