I'm starting to wonder....do we all actually perhaps train far more than we need to? Starting to feel like the last 5 years of lifting 5+ times a week has been pointless.
I expected my body to start atrophying muscle and gaining fat after only having done 1 full body session in the last 9 days, but nope..still look like I've been going to the gym everyday the last week.
