Here we go again.
Stronglifts says elbows should be directly under wrists in the OHP (see picture).
Alan Thrall says elbows should be slightly in front of wrists if viewed from the side (found here, at this time: https://youtu.be/wol7Hko8RhY?t=187).
The bar must travel in a vertical line over the mid-foot through the ROM and the spine must remain neutral. So then, which one is it and why?

When I fist my ass I always make sure my elbow is in line with my wrist. You get much better torque that way, same goes for weight lifting.

Your elbows should be in front and you should press back at an angle "through" your head. When you lock out the bar should be over your shoulders, not over mid foot
