There's nothing wrong with enjoying a game now and again. My rig has SLI 980ti's and a 6700k, but that doesn't stop me from being active and enjoying my body.

In 2 years, I could dedicate myself to being top 500 in Overwatch (dat Zarya carry), or getting realm first kills in WoW. I think you misunderstood. These are wise words and I fully subscribe to them: I place my gains above my vidya. Lifting/Vidya/painting is pretty much all I do, and I've had a body that reflects that for the past 8 years. In the end I would rather die happy with a fit body than with great rankings. I can't play video games anymore. My past as a gamer made them too addictive to me, even single player ones: it's either living life or playing games. I can't into balance.
