Any advice for getting rid of the "fat fanny pack"?

Any advice for getting rid of the "fat fanny pack"? You know, that roll below the belly button. I lost a lot of weight so the rest of me looks fine but this fucking thing won't go away and it's pissing me off. What can I do to burn fat, specifically from that region if at all possible?

...also time and getting lean help, like under 10 bf for a while.

I should mention, as if you couldn't tell, I'm not a fitness expert. How I lost the weight I did is beyond me.

Diet with calorie deficits desu. Also drink a gallon of water a day. People can do crunches all they want but it comes down to diet
