Anyone here do Yoga? How do you find it helps with your /fit/ness?
Also does anyone know of some good online resources for someone interested in getting started with it?
Tried a couple free classes at my gym was juat relaxation though. But I feel it helped loosen up, would also like some online resource.

Balance lower back pain and flexibily have all been improved.
Idk about the stupid zen energy shit though. I just YouTubed a couple routines and started doing them at home.
Now I have an intermediate one memorized and do it on off days, also it kinda forces you to be more patient/conscious of time spent (relaxed AF even though I'm sweating balls)

helped my flexibility. helped my depression. i do 15 minutes a day.
Made a similar thread, someone recommended Do Yoga With Me on youtube. Havent tried yet though
I use Doyogawithme.com definitely helps with flexibility and injury prevention along with long term mobility
I do a quick 30 minutes every night to relax. Just some easy simple flow to get a good stretch. It'll keep you limber and prevent injury.

I do chins, lat pulldowns, rows, but I'm seeing fucking no lat growth.

This man is overloading his back with over 1000+ lbs. You need to up the weight and ditch the lifts that don't add size.
