I Need some advice. I'll also try to make this as short as possible.
I've been doing a quick cut since the beginning of the year to look good when I go on spring break. Despite having never really tried to cut before, I've lost a considerable amount of fat while maintaining a decent LBM. I'm probably standing around 12-13% bf. I want to try to get to <10% bf in a month. Is this possible without counting macros? I ask this because I'm a college student with a meal plan so counting calories is extremely hard because most campus food is chit, and all the clean food is prepared for me so it's hard to measure exactly what my macros are for the day. I've been intermediate fasting and restricted my calories fairly low, well over 1k below maintainance, but now fat loss has stalled. Any advice for a young lad?
