hey lads, I have this weird condition where my heart goes INSANE, like literally from normal state to really fucking high heartbeat rate in no time, doctor said its from coffee and exciting shit and told me to stop drinking coffee or tea or energy drinks, truth is i only drink coffee and i think its the reason but im not sure
little background infos im 18 never had issues with my heart till the last summer, i used to be a heavy masturbator during teenage years but i stopped, i drink 2 cups of coffee with milk in a day
is anyone fimiliar with the case? also if something is unclear please tell me so i can explain it
It sounds like the same thing that happened to my friend. Did this condition just suddenly happen at one point? If yes then it sounds like what happened to my buddy. Either way get another doctors opinion on the situation.
also forgot to say that i dont really do sports in general, just a little bodyweight routine which is
3 days a week, other than that i never did sports

Don't worry bro, your powers are manifesting
I had tachycardia (SVT specfically). My resting heart rate was 60 but when I exercised it would be 210, and would stay steady ~180-200 for minutes, even after stopping, until it drops instantly in one heartbeat to normal.
Maybe you have something similar? I didn't notice these effects until I was 19, it got progressively worse as I got older.

lmao i thought of that, too bad i get no super powers, only stress that im probably going to die and a little sweat

How did you deal

surgery, no other real option unless I wanted to live with it forever (and not be able to exercise as i'd throw up 100% of the time). it was a very low-risk surgery though. you should see a cardiologist and get an EKG at least.

and also the heart medications they gave me were terrible. fucked with my brain and made me feel like I lost 30 iq points for months, but apparently that's rare
I don't know if I have the same condition as you, but when I was 18, I suddenly started getting these random increases in heart rate, which could last for minutes up to hours. In the years that followed I would get periods where these events would occur more frequently and some others not. After 4/5 years or so the frequency suddenly dropped down and since then I did not have any issues with it anymore.
I never drank coffee until then so that was definitely not the cause.
I had SVT when I was in high school. Any random time my heart rate would go from normal to a little under 300 bmp. Had it for 3 years before my mom finally saw me have an episode and got surgery soon after that.
