Anons, I've been lifting 7 days straight. Today would make 8 but my body aches. Should I completely rest for an off day, or should I go do some cardio?
I've made some good progress from starting 4 months ago. My man tits are gone.

I feel like a lot of guys who are really big but with high bodyfat, have just accepted that they'll never look aesthetic even in the "bear" way and so just embrace their mass and go for the biggest lifts they can.
