Cereal is God-tier bulking food.
2 full bowls is like 350 calories + 300 calories of whole milk. Lots of whole grain carbs, some protein, fat, vitamins. Not too much sugar if you choose something like life cereal.


Unfortunately abstaining from dairy helped clear up some bacne

1. Accutane
2. Benzoyl peroxide cream (benzac, epiduo are Aus brands)
3. shower before bed
4. Change pillowcases + bedsheets frequently ~3 days
5. Only wash your hair once or twice a week (only just started this after 8 years of bad acne, makes a surprising difference)

I got a bad case of it from a cycle I did a few months ago. Self prescribing myself accutane is the only thing that's making it go away.

Yours isn't too bad though so you can probably get away with benzol, 3 showers a day and a shit load of water intake.
