I experienced what death feels like 5 minutes ago

>was supposed to do SS today but my back hasnt fully recovered so decide to do cardio instead
>decide to run a sub 30 5k on the treadmill
>set speed 10.5 km/h and incline to 1%
>20 minutes in i feel super tired
>start fucking up the speed by walking to catch my breath
>25 minutes in i ve run 4.1 km
>oh shit im behind
>increase speed to 11 km
>27 minutes in realize thats not enough
>increase to 11.5
>27 minutes realize thats not enough
>brain too much into the "fuck this shit" mode to do proper math
>29 minutes in set speed 13 km/h
>decide this is it lets go baby
>30 seconds to go my entire body gave up
>i seriously feel like i am about to fucking die

>at this point i experience a near death experience

I did that when I was a 5'10 150lb Dyel in highschool. I can still do it now at 5'10 185lbs. You really need to run more OP cause that's a shit time.
