I need some help /fit/. I'm 18yrs 6"0 260lbs with a cup man tits and weirdly sized thighs and butt(instead of all my fat getting to my gut my genetics caused some of it to get into my thighs and butt so my ass sticks out past my back big time). I have tried to work out/running/jogging but ill stick with it for a week and just give up because of sheer laziness get pissed a few months later and try again. I need advice/tactics on how to stick with a weight loss/muscle gain plan and would be willing to try alot of things. So please tell me what I can do. Also pic is me
