I'm trying to maintain a calorie deficit (while working out) to lose weight. The problem is I can't stop thinking about the next time I get to eat. This is especially a problem since I'm in school and I really need to be able to focus on my studies, projects, etc. Any tips on tiding myself over without completely giving in to my cravings?

Sounds good. I've been trying to drink a lot more water. Even though it makes me feel full, I just end up feeling kind of bloated and unsatisfied. Munching on veggies and high fiber foods definitely sounds like a good idea. Honestly, I didn't know fiber was good for much besides helping you poop.
