what do you think about pre-workout? should I give it a try say like C4 or is it just a silly meme?
i like c4 but some people say its pussy shit/doesnt work. works for me but i dont use stims in general so theres that

Honestly op, a cup of coffee or a caffeine pull and a banana is all you need. Maybe a glass of milk if you can stomach it before a workout

not true, just caffeine does nothing to me. it just provides an extremely short lived burst of energy while i feel preworkout is more consistent.

It's a waste of money, it's basically just caffeine. Guarentee that you don't need it if you're under 30 or 40.

creatine may make you retain water, it doesn't do anything for fat storage. Also creatine isn't a preworkout, it just saturates the muscles with extra ATP and takes days to do so.
Ephedrine+caffeine is literally the best preworkout there is.

I have stopped religiously taking pre workouts and I have been progressing just fine. If you are really dead set on a pre-workout... blend your own. Get a bit of caffeine, some protein powder, some royal honey for sugar and workout out. I think you will improve more by
A: working out more (frequency)
B: learning/research all the exercises you do in a given workout to improve your form and mentally go through the key notes before each set and
C: Get in the zone. Stretch your body before hand, get your heart going with some quick cardio, and do a warmup set using maybe 60% of the usual weight man.
You can improve a lot. Your gym over there looks really fun! Find what you enjoy about working out. I like lifting heavy, then heavier shit. Motivation is way better than a pre-workout.
