I have serious problems isolating my biceps. My forearms usually

I have serious problems isolating my biceps. My forearms usually do the work and are pretty big and solid. Ideas on how to get bigger arms?

Stop curling your wrists at the top of the movement. Keep your wrists totally straight.

Personally, I feel like I'm really hitting the peak hardest when I let my wrist go somewhat limp. But I have really long arms.

Had the same problem as you OP, was going to say this. You'll think you can curl way more, then you get on preacher curls, and see how weak your biceps really are lol

It'll probably get people looking at you but it isolates biceps since you are only pulling and there is no gravity pushing you down to force your forearms.

Same boat OP. I tried seated bicep curls, worked for about 2 workouts then nothing after that.

Keep your palms open if you use a seated bicep machine -- such as Hammer Strength, or Body Masters, or FLEX.

Remember to contract the weight into your ears with your bi's --- not push back with your hands.
