hey /fit/, so i burn approx. 800 calories a day through cardio which allows me to eat more while still maintaining my 500 cal deficit, but i fucked my knee up and I'm taking a day off.
i'm starving, should i just eat at maintenance today? i'm passing out over here. just a day of no cutting isn't a big deal, right?
If you count calories burned in to your cut you'll never make it.

so that's 1600 (plus 800 cardio) a day when my TDEE is 2600 + 800
my abs are starting to show, so i know it's working. i just want to make sure if i eat at maintenance today i won't want to eat even more tomorrow

Moving 1 mile on foot burns about 100-150ish calories regardless of speed. You're only moving fast for heart health. I take a couple days a week and walk a 5 mile trail near my house while listening to podcasts. Not OP just saying. Its a good insurance plan to cover any calories that might have been misplaced.
