I see, I hate rows too. I only do dumbbell bent over.

It's more likely that weighted chins and DB rows (and to a lesser extent BB rows) will help your deadlift, but if your rows are particularly weak and your deadlift seems on track then yeah, it should help improve your rows, because deadlifts do some work on your upper back if you finish the rep properly.
